Once again, I don't want to get into world-building questions that will help you fill in the gaps, but merely provide an overview of the major things you need to take into account when creating a race or a culture. Religion: (Monotheism? Pantheism? Atheism?)
Resources: (What does the country export? Import? Make? Is famous for?)
